QUTに限らず、大学の学費は年々値上がり傾向にありますが、2027年の授業料を確認できた学士課程の年間授業料は、AUD 41,000～AUD 59,500で、中央値はAUD 45,400です。修士課程は年間AUD 28,800～AUD 53,700で、中央値はAUD 46,800となっています。QUTの学士・修士課程では、年間AUD 40,000台のコースが中心です。一方、エンジニアリングや一部の医療・臨床系コースでは、年間授業料がAUD 50,000を超える場合があります。
そのため、QUTへの進学予算を考える際は、まず年間AUD 45,000～AUD 50,000前後を一つの目安とし、希望する専攻によっては、それ以上の授業料が必要になると考えておくとよいでしょう。
QUT Collegeと短期コースの授業料
Diplomaの授業料はAUD 28,200～AUD 38,900、Graduate CertificateはAUD 21,700～AUD 24,300です。ただし、QUT CollegeのDiploma、英語コース、Graduate Certificateなどの短期コースは、BachelorやMasterとは授業料の表示方法が異なる場合があります。このページでは比較しやすいように同じ「授業料／年」の列に掲載していますが、実際には1年間の授業料ではなく、コース全体または一定期間分の料金が表示されていることがあります。例えば、6か月間のGraduate Certificateと、1年間のMasterの授業料を金額だけで比較しても、正確な費用差は分かりません。授業料だけでなく、必ずコース期間とあわせて確認してください。
2026年から2027年の授業料変更
2026年と2027年の授業料を直接比較できた94コースでは、値上げ率の中央値は約4.2％、平均は約4.3％でした。金額では、年間AUD 1,500～AUD 1,900程度の値上げとなったコースが多く、値上げ額の中央値はAUD 1,700です。ただし、すべてのコースが一律に約4％値上がりしているわけではありません。コースによっては大幅に授業料が改定されているほか、わずかに金額が下がっているケースもあります。今後の留学費用を見積もる際は、現在公表されている授業料だけでなく、毎年3～5％程度の値上がりが続く可能性も考慮しておく必要があります。
留学予算を考える際の注意点
QUTの各コースページに掲載されている授業料は、標準的な科目をフルタイムで履修した場合の、初年度授業料の目安です。実際の授業料は、履修する科目、単位数、専攻、単位免除の有無などによって変わる場合があります。また、QUTの授業料は毎年見直されるため、入学時に確認した金額が卒業まで固定されるわけではありません。例えば、3年間のBachelorであれば、「現在の年間授業料×3年間」を最低限の目安として考えることになります。ただし、2年目、3年目には授業料が値上がりする可能性があるため、実際にはその金額よりも余裕を持った予算を準備する必要があります。仮に年間授業料がAUD 45,000のコースで、毎年約4％ずつ値上がりした場合、3年間の授業料総額は単純なAUD 135,000よりも高くなります。そのため、長期的な留学予算を立てる際は、現在の授業料だけを基準にしないことが重要です。
