Visa Grant Nortificationとは

Visa Grant Nortification(VGN)とは、ワーキングホリデービザ取得時に移民局から送られてくるメール(又は)ビザ取得に関する確認のメール(又は手紙)です。

メールの本文には、ワーキングホリデービザの有効期限の他、ワーキングホリデービザのコンディションなどが詳しく記載されています。全て英語で記載されているため、内容を確認しない生徒さんも多いようですが、入国時には必ず内容を確認してください。

このVGNメールは、オーストラリア入国の際パスポートとあわせて持参する必要がなります。メールを受け取った後は忘れずに印刷しパスポートにはさんでおきましょう。

今回あなたのワーキングホリデービザ(サブクラス417)が認可されたことをお伝えします。

This visa allows you to make your initial entry into Australia no later than 12 months from the date that this visa was granted. Your initial entry to Australia must not be after 2 Feb 2006.

このビザは認可後、1年以内にオーストラリアに入国することにより有効になります。必ず2006年2月2日までに入国してください。

This visa permits you to stay in Australia 12 months from the date that　you first enter Australia. It provides you with multiple travel to Australia, which means that you can leave Australia and re-enter Australia　as many times as you wish during your 12 month stay. However, if you depart Australia during your 12 month stay, you are not able to recover the period of time you have spent outside Australia.

このビザは、オーストラリア入国日より12ヶ月間の滞在を認めるものです。入国後12ヶ月間はオーストラリアに出入国することができますが、オーストラリアを出国している期間を付け加え、滞在期間を延長することはできません。

You will not have a visa label placed in your passport when travelling to Australia. It is recommended that you print and keep a copy of this advice for your personal records.

オーストラリアに渡る際、パスポートにビザラベルは貼られません。この個人記録を持参することをオススメします。

Please note that if you obtain a new passport after receiving this letter you will not be able to travel to Australia. Your visa is linked to the passport number that you provided in your application. You will need to contact the eVisa Helpdesk for advice (eVisa.WHM.Helpdesk@immi.gov.au).

A Working Holiday Visa can only be used once. If you find your circumstances have changed after you are granted a Working Holiday Visa and you want to postpone your working holiday but you still need to travel to Australia for a brief visit, you should apply for a Subclass 676 Short Stay Visitor Visa. This will cancel your Working Holiday Visa, which means you will be able to re-apply for another Working Holiday Visa at a later stage.

ワーキングホリデービザは一度しか利用することはできません。もし、何らかの理由でオーストラリアへの入国を延期したい場合は、短期観光ビザ(サブクラス676)を申請する必要があります。そうすれば、現在取得しているワーキングホリデービザはキャンセルされることになり、再度ワーキングホリデービザを申請することができます。

If you apply for an ETA (Electronic Travel Authority) after your Working Holiday Visa has been granted and you enter Australia on that ETA, this will activate your Working Holiday Visa and you will not be able to postpone your working holiday until a later date.

もし、ワーキングホリデービザを取得された後、ETA(Electronic Travel Authority)を申請した場合は、ワーキングホリデービザを利用されたと見なされ、ワーキングホリデービザの延期をすることができなくなります。

Once you arrive in Australia you must have a visa label placed into your passport, to provide evidence of your work rights. If you arrive through Sydney airport you can get your visa label printed before you leave the airport. You will be directed to the visa label desk after you have had
your passport stamped.

オーストラリア入国後は、パスポートにビザラベルを貼り、オーストラリアですぐに働くことができるという許可証明を受けなければなりません。シドニー空港から入国する際は、空港を出る前(空港内)でビザラベルを入手することができます。入国許可のスタンプをパスポートに押された後、最寄りのビザラベルデスクにて、ビザラベルを受け取ってください。

Otherwise, you will need to go to the nearest Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs (DIMIA) office in Australia.Addresses of DIMIA offices in Australia are available on the Department's website (http://www.immi.gov.au/wwi/aust_index.htm). DIMIA will not charge you for the visa label.

Please note that your Working Holiday Visa has been approved subject to a number of conditions:

Condition 8108 - You must not be employed in Australia by any 1 employer for more than 3 months, without the prior permission in writing of the Secretary of the Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs.

Condition 8201 - While in Australia you must not engage, for more than 3 months, in any studies or training.

SECOND WORKING HOLIDAY VISA

2回目のワーキングホリデービザについてFrom 1 November 2005, Working Holiday Makers who have worked as a seasonal worker* in regional Australia** for a minimum of three months will be eligible to apply for a second Working Holiday visa.

2005年11月1日より、オーストラリアの指定する地方地域** において、最低3ヶ月間季節労働者* として働いたワーキングホリデーメーカーは、2回目のワーキングホリデービザを申請する資格を得られます。

To apply for a second Working Holiday visa, you will need to provide evidence that you have worked for a minimum of three months as a seasonal worker in regional Australia. If you are interested in the option of applying for a second Working Holiday visa, you should obtain a copy of the Working Holiday Visa: Employment Verification form from your nearest DIMIA office or from http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1263.pdf Completion of the Working Holiday Employment Verification form will constitute evidence of the seasonal work you have undertaken.
